- The current medal floor is 50,000 FLIP per flip. The treasury Safe can schedule a lower floor with 24 hours' notice; it only applies to future flips and can never rewrite an existing run.
- A loss ends the run. A provider-default 2ร payout does not extend it. Order is your wallet's own flip order, so nothing can be skipped or reordered.
- Every milestone is its own mint: a 10-win run mints Bronze, Silver and Gold. Supply per tier is first come, first served; when a tier sells out, it is gone for the season.
- The keeper awards reached milestones automatically. If it ever misses one, the player or anyone else can trigger the same free award; it can only mint to the proven player.
- The collection is independent from the game. An NFT or marketplace problem can never delay a flip or block a payout.

The House is seeded with FLIP before play opens. After launch, 80% of creator-controlled Pons V2 fees safely buy more FLIP for the House; 20% accrues to a fixed, public operations treasury that funds the keeper and infrastructure. Only FLIP already deposited in the House increases flip capacity. The flip itself takes no fee. The contracts cannot be silently upgraded or pay the bankroll to an admin; after seven days' public notice, a paused and fully settled version can move the complete bankroll only to its disclosed replacement Vault while future fees move to that version's router. Pons may apply its own steep anti-snipe tax to buys in the first three seconds after launch.
